Culture Classes
After language classes, this semester we are offering 3 culture classes at 3:45pm to 4:30pm. Besides, we have two supervised clubs for the students to share their interests.
Chinese Folk Dance: age 8 and up
Instructor: Ms. Fenlan Lin Ms. Lin is talented in many forms of Chinese Folk Dance, including the famous “Silver Plate Dance” and the “Ribbon Dance”. This dancing group has been invited to perform at various occasions and boys and girls love it!
Instructor: Ms. Anyu Carol Tsai This kid-friendly traditional dance requires swirling, twirling, jumping, bouncing, cartwheeling and rolling. It will definitely put a big smile on your kids' faces.
Chines WuShu (Martial Art)
Instructor: Mr. Stanton Wong Chinese Martial Art is world-famous. Students will learn self-defense, using forms and swords. It is recommended for kids who are psychologically mature and physically ready.
Chinese Yo-Yo Club
Students are required to bring their own yo-yo. There will be no instruction, but adult supervision is available.
Chess and Go sets will be available for students to play with. There will be no instruction, but adult supervision is available.
